In-stock items will be delivered via courier within 3-5 working days from placing an order. Pre-order items will be delivered as per the stated delivery timeframe.

All orders $50 and above qualify for free delivery in Singapore. Lollibly currently ships to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas. We ship our orders through a 3rd party delivery company. For orders under $50, delivery will be charged at $4 per order.

If you require your in-stock product urgently, self collection is available from 1092 Lower Delta Road #02-01/02 Singapore 169203. Kindly contact us with your order number before picking your order up.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Our warranty protects you against damage that is the result of a manufacturing defect and is non-transferable from the original owner.

Validity begins for 60 days from the date of delivery / self-collection for Play Mats, Play Pens, and Play Sofa. 30 days from the date of delivery / self-collection for the rest of our products.

This warranty does not cover or apply to:

- Normal wear and tear, normal everyday soiling, or commercial use
- Stains, moulds and damage caused by improper care, improper washing detergents, non-food related grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, alcohol, dyes, solvents, corrosives
- Colour change (discolouration) and fabric pilling due to prolonged usage and washing
- Intentional or accidental damage resulting from the misuse of the product - such as cutting into the material when opening the outer carton
- Products that do not have the manufacturer's original law tag

Fret not! Our warranty program is here to ensure the products are free of manufacturing defects post purchases, that the products stay safe and shall continue to do so. Although our products are international EN71 standard certified and CPSC standard certified, we seek your understanding that some defects may still occur.

When a customer makes a purchase from our website, relevant marketplaces, and through other retailers, he or she agrees to the terms and conditions of the warranty. A defect refers to a manufacturing defect that inhibits the safety of the product, which does not include wear-and-tear, improper cleaning and product use, and other terms that you may find in the care guide. Please note that the warranty program is non-transferable from the original owner.

If the product you purchase has a fault, it is important that you let us know. We'll replace the faulty product with one free of defects or eliminate the fault as soon as possible. First, please have a read of our 'Product Warranty'. Then, prepare a 5-20 secs video of the product with its defect in full view for our easy processing.

For prompt responses, we seek your submission of a support ticket to our customer support team. We will get back to you within 1-3 working days. We will not be able to assist you with requests via WhatsApp, direct email and direct messaging through social media.

Playmats

Our playmats are durable and made to withstand global shipping! As the mat is shipped and stored rolled up, there may be instances of wrinkles and crinkles when you first unfurl it. Fret not as our mats will typically flatten out and puff out within 2 weeks! Let us know if the problem still persists.

There might be a slight variance in dimensions due to the packaging process. When mats are tightly rolled for an extended period, the upper and lower layers may have different densities, affecting the unrolling process and resulting in a size discrepancy compared to the original production size.

Our mats are not designed to be anti-slip as they are made with a comfortable soft surface to facilitate movement of babies and toddlers. If the floor is slippery, if the mat is wet, or if there is a lot of movement on the mat (jumping/running), it will cause the mat to shift. We recommend using an anti-slip mat underneath to provide extra grip.

Play Sofa

Your play sofa can be stored in its box for up to 3 months after delivery, but the sooner you can unbox, the better. The play sofa is tightly compressed and rolled up for easy delivery. The longer it’s in there, the longer it will take to pop back to form, so we recommend opening your box shortly after it lands on your front doorstep!

Because the play sofa travels to you in a tightly compressed roll, we ask that you give it 24 to 72 hours after opening to fully fluff back to form. As foam is malleable, it's common for it to look a little smushed in certain places right after opening. However, it is 100% ready to be played with.
