Note: Foam naturally turns yellow due to oxidation, a reaction with oxygen and exposure to UV rays, which breaks down the chemical bonds and causes discoloration. This yellowing is normal and doesn't affect the foam's properties.

Can I wash my cover set?

Yes, your covers are machine washable - just unzip the covers from the foam and zip them back up before throwing them in the machine. 

Wash on the coldest setting on a gentle cycle with only pieces of the same color, and hang dry to prevent shrinking. Avoid using bleach and harsh detergents.

How do I clean the foam?

You can spot clean your foam with  a damp cloth. Once you're done, make sure your foam is completely dry before putting the covers back on. You can set the foam near a fan or open window to help speed up this process.

Is my Wonderstack waterproof?

Your fabric covers come with a waterproof inner lining that prevents spills and leakages from dirtying the foam inserts.

Can I vacuum the fabric covers?

Opt for a vacuum with a smooth nozzle for gentle cleaning. Avoid using a vacuum with bristles or brush attachments, as they can damage the fabric. Do not steam clean.

Alternatively, you can use a lint roller to wipe off dust, hair and fur.

Why has my foam turned yellow?

• Do not expose the Wonderstack to direct sunlight or heat source for prolonged periods.

• Do not use cleaning agents containing bleach, alcohol, or essential oils, as they may discolour and damage the surface of the fabric.
• Do not vacuum with bristles or brush attachments, as they can damage the fabric. Opt for a vacuum with a smooth nozzle instead for gentle cleaning.
• Do not steam clean.
• Avoid placing any sharp or inflammatory objects around the Wonderstack.
• Do not place any heavy objects or furniture on the cushions that will cause permanent indents.
• Avoid wearing shoes or heels on the Wonderstack as they may dirty the surface or leave permanent indentation.
• Do not use crayons, markers or pens on the Wonderstack as these may leave permanent stains on the material.
• Avoid placing pets on the Wonderstack as their claws/nails may cause scratches and fur can accumulate.
